2013 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Set® Goes on Sale June 4

WASHINGTON - Collectors may begin ordering the 2013 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Set (product code U13) on June 4 at noon Eastern Time.  Priced at $27.95, the popular annual set includes two folders, each with a Certificate of Authenticity printed on the packaging and containing 14 coins from the United States Mint facilities at Denver and Philadelphia, for a total of 28 coins.  Each folder contains the following:

  • four Presidential $1 Coins honoring William McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and Woodrow Wilson
  • five America the Beautiful Quarters® Program coins honoring White Mountain National Forest (NH), Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial (OH), Great Basin National Park (NV), Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine (MD), and Mount Rushmore National Memorial (SD)
  • one Native American $1 Coin
  • one Kennedy half-dollar coin
  • one Roosevelt dime coin
  • one Jefferson 5-cent coin
  • one Lincoln one-cent coin

The United States Mint is introducing new packaging for the 2013 set.  Both folders display a U.S. red, white, and blue flag image on the front.  The folder containing the coins from the United States Mint at Philadelphia is accented in blue, and the folder containing the coins from the United States Mint at Denver is accented in red.

The United States Mint accepts orders at its online catalog, http://www.usmint.gov/catalog, and at 1-800-USA-MINT (872-6468).  Hearing- and speech-impaired customers may order by calling 1-888-321-MINT (6468).  All domestic orders will be assessed a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 per order.
