Spread the Word about the White Mountain National Forest Quarter Launch!
The White Mountain National Forest Quarter launch will take place on February 21, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Hanaway Theatre - located in the Silver Center for the Arts at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
This event will commemorate the release of the White Mountain National Forest quarter-dollar coin – the 16th coin of the United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters® Program. The America's Beautiful National Parks Quarter Dollar Coin Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-456) requires the United States Mint to design, mint and issue quarter-dollar coins emblematic of a national park or other national site in each state, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories.
Also, a coin forum will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at the White Mountain National Forest headquarters from 6 to 7 p.m.
