We have gathered much feedback from many customers about how we can improve our Web site to make it easier for you to use. We’ve heard you. In September 2012 we launched our Web Site Improvement Project. The project involves implementing small but helpful changes that should improve the customer experience of our site. Improvements will continue in the coming months. See our visual tour of our January, December, September changes. We look forward to your feedback.
In February, we re-designed our 2013 product pages to highlight our product images. Customers have consistently told us that product images are vitally important to them. So our new product pages provide you with more images and the ability to zoom in to see product and packaging detail in high resolution. We also added links to social media and to email so you can easily share the product with friends. These new product page designs will be used for 2013 products and future products only. We are not redesigning product pages from past years.
