August 2013 - New Shopping Cart and Waiting Room

This month's release features improvements to the customer experience of our online catalog.  These improvements are based on much customer feedback and have been usability tested with customers.

  1. Shopping Cart:  On Friday, August 30, we will replace our old shopping cart interface with a new one that is easier to read and includes more industry standard features.

  2. Waiting Room:  We have put into place an online "waiting room" that should alleviate web system slowdowns and/or crashes that can occur when a high-demand product is released.
