6. Change at H.I.P. Pocket Change
Inspector Collector Looking at the New HPC Page Layout through a Magnifying Glass.

If you visit the United States Mint H.I.P. Pocket Change™ Web site often, you'll notice that some features are not where they used to be. That's because the site has been reorganized. We want to make it easy for you to find your way around the wealth of activities and information on the site.

You'll discover these navigational changes to the coin buttons on the left side of every page:

  • The "Teachers" section now has an icon on the right side of the home page.
  • "Time Machine" has been moved to the "Cartoons" section.
  • New buttons lead to "Coins and Medals" and "Mint History."
  • "Camp Coin" is now "Collectors Club" and focuses on collecting.
  • "About Us" is now "About this Site," and is geared to kids rather than adults.

Some specific features have been moved between sections to create a more intuitive navigational experience. Each feature has an icon, grouped in logical categories, and the icons have been moved up on the page so you can get to them quicker. Come try it out and see what you think of the changes!
