Sales and Marketing
Matt Holben began his tenure as the Mint’s Associate Director for Sales and Marketing in May 2019. Prior to joining the Mint, Matt accumulated more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience with both the federal government and private sector.
Matt came to the Mint from the United States Postal Service (USPS) where he was Director of Sales for the Capital Metro Area. In this role, Matt transformed the USPS’ business model for sales to a “living” account management approach. This resulted in his team increasing sales by $132 million year over year.
Matt spent more than seven years with the USPS in a variety of Sales & Marketing leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Accounts and Manager of Shipping and Mailing Solutions. In each of these positions, Matt’s focus was on improving customer service and delivering more value to the end user.
Before joining the USPS, Matt served as General Manager of Palm Harbor Homes in Tulsa, OK and Director of North American Sales for Wilspec Technologies in Oklahoma City, OK.
Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Touro University International. Matt also served as a Financial Management Specialist for the United States Army in multiple locations.
