Coin of the Month

New Quarter Tools

New on the site this month: the Vicksburg National Military Park Quarter Day in the Classroom page.  This special page of related activities and information will help you make the release of this quarter (and subsequent quarters in the program) memorable occasions for your students!

Constitution Day

On September 17, 1787, the final draft of the United States Constitution was signed.  The delegates to the Constitutional Convention put a lot of thought, debate, and collaboration into forming the document that has guided our country for more than 200 years.

Help your students learn more about this special day by visiting our Constitution Day page.  Visit the links to the game “Branches of Power” and the Coin of the Month that celebrates the Consitution's 200th anniversary.

You can also invite your students to take the page's trivia quiz to test their Constitutional knowledge!
