Celebrate Philadelphia’s history as the City of Firsts at the Philadelphia Mint! As part of “52 Weeks of Firsts,” the Philadelphia Mint will host its “Firstival,” celebrating the people, places, and milestones that have shaped Philadelphia and our nation.
The Philadelphia Mint is proud to be part of that history as the Nation’s first national mint. Visitors of all ages are invited to join us for brief welcoming remarks and family-friendly activities, including a guess-the-number-of-coins challenge for a chance to win a prize, a photo opportunity with the Mint’s “Number One” display, an activity booklet, and coloring pages.
Visitors are also encouraged to explore the Philadelphia Mint on a free public tour.
