WASHINGTON — The United States Mint will offer product options featuring the 13th coin in the America the Beautiful Quarters® Program – honoring Acadia National Park in Maine – starting June 11 at noon Eastern Time (ET). The products include 100–coin bags priced at $34.95 and two–roll sets (40 coins per roll) priced at $32.95.
The bags and two–roll sets contain coins that were struck for general circulation on the main production floors of the United States Mint facilities at Denver and Philadelphia. The two–roll set includes one roll of coins from each facility. The special numismatic wrapping displays the name “Acadia National Park,” the abbreviation “ME” for Maine; “$10,” the value of its contents; and “P” or “D” for the mint of origin. Each canvas bag has a tag with “Acadia National Park,” “ME” and “P” or “D.”
Orders will be accepted at the United States Mint’s secure Web site, http://www.usmint.gov/catalog, and at 1–800–USA–MINT (872–6468). Hearing– and speech–impaired customers with TTY equipment may order at 1–888–321 MINT (6468). A shipping and handling charge of $4.95 will be added to all domestic orders.
