The U.S. Mint selected 37 American artists to participate in its Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) to create and submit new coin and medal designs. Many of the artists are returning members, with four new artists coming from a national Call for Artists earlier this year. Read press release.

The Mint will begin accepting orders for the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Silver Medal on September 3. Priced at $164 each, the 99.9% silver medal is encapsulated, packaged in a presentation case, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Read press release.
