Youth Sports Coin Collection

Celebrate the sports that shape our Nation!

In 2027, the United States Mint will kick off a four-year program featuring youth sports on America’s quarters. The inaugural year features baseball, golf, soccer, softball, and snowboarding on five quarter reverses (tails). The common obverses (heads) for youth sports quarters feature a new portrait of George Washington in civilian attire at a three-quarter angle.

Paralympic Sports Half Dollars (2027-2030)

Also new for 2027, the half dollar will show President John F. Kennedy gazing skyward with a warm and hopeful expression on its obverse. Reverses for the 50-cent coin will change annually from 2027-2030 and feature designs honoring Paralympic Sports.
