Megan Sullivan joined the United States Mint in September 2007 as a Presidential Management Fellow.  She served as a business analyst in the Office of Sales and Marketing before accepting a position as a Design Manager in 2010, where she was responsible for planning, directing, and implementing design processes for coin and medal programs.  In 2019, she was promoted to a Senior Design Specialist position and continues to manage high profile coin and medal programs while providing mentorship and guidance to her teammates in the Office of Design Management.

In February 2025, she was named Acting Chief of the Office of Design Management.

Megan earned her Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in English.  She lives in Takoma Park, Maryland, with her husband and son.
