WASHINGTON — The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for the 2010 America the Beautiful Quarters Three–Coin Set – Mount Hood on May 4, 2011, at noon Eastern Time (ET).
Priced at $14.95, the set contains two uncirculated quality Mount Hood National Forest quarters–one each from the United States Mint facilities at Philadelphia and Denver, and one proof quality coin from the United States Mint at San Francisco. The coins are mounted on a durable plastic card that includes a brief description of the national park and the coin design, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity on the back.
Orders will be accepted online at http://www.usmint.gov/catalog or at 1–800–USA–MINT (872–6468). Hearing– and speech–impaired customers with TTY equipment may place their orders by calling 1–888–321–MINT (6468). A shipping and handling fee of $4.95 will be added to all domestic orders.
