2016 United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set™ Available on March 7

WASHINGTON - Sales will open for the 2016 United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set (product code 16AQ) on  March 7 at noon Eastern Time (ET).

The set includes five quarters--all struck in 90 percent silver at the United States Mint at San Francisco--with reverse (tails side) designs honoring Shawnee National Forest (IL), Cumberland Gap National Historical Park (KY), Harpers Ferry National Historical Park (WV), Theodore Roosevelt National Park (ND), and Fort Moultrie (Fort Sumter National Monument (SC).  The coin's obverses (heads sides) bear John Flanagan's 1932 portrait of George Washington.

The 2016 United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set is priced at $31.95.
