Woodrow Wilson was an American politician who served as the 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Wilson served as the president of Princeton University and as the Governor of New Jersey before winning the 1912 Presidential election.
The obverse depicts a bust of the President with the inscription “WOODROW WILSON.”
The reverse features an eagle with spread wings, holding in its talons crossed branches of olive and oak. In the background, the Capitol of the United States. The inscriptions are “INAUGURATED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MAR. 4, 1913” and “SECOND TERM MAR. 5, 1917.”
