Jesse Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute where he studied painting and digital media. Jesse has worked as a professional artist for over 25 years. He is most widely recognized for his street art murals, vinyl toy designs, and diverse illustration work.

Jesse has shown his art in galleries and museums around the world. He has painted large-scale murals in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oakland, Mexico City, and Amsterdam. Most recently he was commissioned to paint a four-wall underpass for the city of San José titled “Aztec Underpass.”

Jesse’s recent clients have included Marvel, Star Wars, DC Comics, Toho, Warner Bros, PlayStation, X-Box, WWE, Netflix, Google, Rolling Stone, DreamWorks, Fandango, the San Francisco Symphony, Reebok, Rockstar Energy, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, and the Oakland Museum.

Recognized for his contributions to Bay Area sports, Jesse has designed artwork and apparel for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks, San Jose Earthquakes, and Oakland Athletics. He earned the honor of throwing out the first pitch for both the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A’s where he threw his signature knuckleball.
