United States Mint Releases 2013 Product Schedule

WASHINGTON — Collectors and gift–givers, mark your calendars! The United States Mint today released the on–sale dates for most of its 2013 numismatic products, including those in the America the Beautiful Quarters® Program, Presidential $1 Coin Program and American Eagle Silver, Gold and Platinum Coin Programs.

“We are making a concerted effort to listen to our customers, and one of the things that they have asked for is to be provided our annual product schedule as far in advance as possible,” said Acting Director Richard A. Peterson. “Releasing our 2013 schedule in December is a reflection of our commitment to our customers.”

The early release of its 2013 Product Schedule is part of a continued effort to give United States Mint customers as much information as possible to make buying decisions. The schedule will be updated as information changes and other products are added. Customers are encouraged to regularly visit the site at http://www.usmint.gov/catalog for the most current information.

Orders will be accepted at http://www.usmint.gov/catalog and at 1–800–USA–MINT (872–6468). Hearing– and speech–impaired customers with TTY equipment may order by calling 1–888–321–MINT (6468). A shipping and handling fee of $4.95 will be added to all domestic orders.
